Chi Chi - Don't Be A Hater

Yesterday I wore this beauty, Chi Chi's Don't Be A Hater. Kind of fitting for the internet? Haha. Isn't it just so pretty though? This polish looks best in the shade because you really get to see the silver and teal glitter, but it still sparkles in the sun. For AU$5, I definitely think this shade is worth picking up if you like the colour. This was 2 coats, no top coat.

Chi Chi - Don't Hide Yourself

I often over look Chi Chi when both purchasing nail polish and painting my nails, which is silly because it's probably my favourite Australian brand nail polish. Don't Hide Yourself is unlike any other green I have in my collection, and the only way I know how to describe it is as a 'bright but pastel yellow-green.' Anyway, I think it is so refreshing, and it would look amazing as a base for glitters or nail art.

3 coats, no top coat. I get my Chi Chi from Myer or Target.

Chi Chi - Like It Like That

My nails went through a bit of a war zone over the last few days, so I needed a 'super short nails friendly' nail polish, and this fit the bill perfectly. It's on the subtler side, but it's absolutely stunning. The formula was also really nice on this one, though I still did 2 coats to ensure evenness with a coat of Essie's Good to Go top coat.

Chi Chi - Capital H.I.M.

I was so ready to get some easter nail art happening, but when I picked up this shade yesterday, I just couldn't wait to wear it. It is beau-ti-ful. The sparkles are actually visible without having to have your hand 1cm from your face, and the purple is vibrant without being neon or flat (though the sparkle isn't really catching on camera). It painted on evenly and smoothly in 2 coats and a top coat.

so you can actually see the sparkle. click on the images if you want to see it better.

All direct sunlight.

Chi Chi - Show Me the Money

Finally caught up :) Now onto today's nails. This applied really smoothly, was opaque after 2 thin coats, and the shimmer picks up really nicely. Oh and I apologise, I completely forgot to finish cleaning up my nails before photographing this!

Chi Chi - Boys Boys Boys

I'm not a blue polish wearer. I love the colour (which is why I have a full draw of it) but it's never a colour I reach for to paint my nails. But it was hot and sunny and I needed something bright, so I decided to crack this polish out. These little Chi Chi bottles are pretty cheap, going for AU$5 (regular price) and often on sale at Target.

This colour is easily dupable. In this last photo, I have Face of Australia's 'Show Pony' from the Luxe collection on my thumb and Boys Boys Boys on the rest of my fingers, and it is exactly the same colour.

Chi Chi - Marcia Marcia Marcia

This is one of those colours that I gravitate to most often. Soft and pretty, it painted on smoothly and opaquely in 2 coats, and the best part is it's only AU$5 at Target (and often on sale for less).
